One of the best characteristics of Emmanuel is not just the services, but the people! We love to see everyone move from the large environments into community groups.
A community group is the best place for sustained life change to occur. Our community groups are Bible studies that meet either midweek or Sunday mornings to study God’s Word concerning the issues and challenges of life. It’s also where they pray, care for one another, and are missed if they don’t show up.

Women’s Bible Study

Apex
We have classes for new believer's in Christianity. Apex classes are located in the conference room. Classes are taught by Dee Copeland.
The Seekers
This topical class studies characters in the Bible for applications to our lives. Taught by Cathy Evans and Nancy VinRoot in the Choir Room
Evangelism, Discipleship, and Victorious Living
This class is for those who would like to know more on how to share there faith. Taught by James Kellam. Located in the Coffee Shop.
Altar of Miracles
This class is going “Through the Bible.” It is a book by book in depth study of the Word of God. Taught by Charles Mason in the old sanctuary wing room #5
Daily Word
This is a topical class dealing with Christian living. Taught by Joe Bishop in the old sanctuary.
Addiction Recovery
Coping with recovery from drugs and alcohol from a Christian perspective. Taught by Randy and Trudy Birch in the Old Sanctuary Wing.
Children’s Middle & High School
We have classes for children through high school. Children’s classes are located in the nursery. Taught by Terry Mason, Dianne Pizzaia, Ken & Annette Miller. Middle School and High School taught by Lee Worth, and Jason White in the Miracle building.
Marriage Class
This community group meets for periodical bible studies on how to strengthen and maintain a Godly marriage. Taught by Jason and Sarah Edwards. Locations are TBA.
